The poke comes from Hawaii and is a salad of raw fish marinated in soy sauce and sesame and served in a bowl of rice, with vegetables, in our case radishes, spring onions, avocado and sprouts. Ingredients Main course For 4 people 250 g of jasmine rice 6 l of water 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar 600 g salmon for sashimi * 3 tablespoons of soy sauce 2 tablespoons of black sesame seeds, from Asian specialty stores 1 bunch of radish 1 spring onion 2 avocados 2 tablespoons of pickled ginger radish sprouts for garnish How to proceed Preparation: approx. 30 minutes Rinse the rice with cold water.
